If they are able to get something like this passed in the future, women will need to carry around a sworn affidavit from their doctor stating that they are not pregnant or are unable to get pregnant. Considering the attitude of a lot of men toward women, I could conceivedly see this happening. After all this is just the first step toward making The Handmaid's Tale a reality.
